2014 Open Enrollment Meeting - Monday October 28, 2013

We will have our 2014 Open Enrollment meeting for Health Insurance, 401(K) and Retirement plan benefits on Monday October 28, 2013. This is a mandatory meeting.

NEXTEER:
From 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM in room SAG-CONF-HR Planning Room (located in the training center). Our presentation will start at 12:00 Noon. . We understand it’s a working day but we are hoping you will stop by during our visit. Lunch will be provided from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

OTHER OFF SITE EMPLOYEES:
From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at our corporate office at 700 East Maple Road, Birmingham, Michigan 48009.

Representatives from our insurance companies will also be available to answer any questions you may have. To find out what is changing in our health insurance, benefits programs and 401(k) plan for 2014, and how the new affordable health care act changes may impact you, please plan on attending this important meeting. It is important that you understand these benefits, your available options and how to manage these costs. These compensations are tax sensitive elements and can be better controlled by making informed choices.

Health Benefits
To keep our costs down we have expanded our medical and dental benefits. We would like to discuss these changes and help you in making an informed decision about your health care needs and options. As you may be aware health related benefit costs continue to change and increase, and we continue to attempt to manage these costs while providing a highly valuable benefit program to our employees.

401(k)
We also want you to have information to assess our 401(K) retirement plan option. We will provide you necessary information to enroll in the 401(k) plan and take advantage of this outstanding program. We will have a representative from Transamerica available to answer any questions and provide some general guidance on the 401(k) program.
